Building rectifying and reinforcement technology first appeared in foreign countries. Atthe beginning, it was always at the observation and research stage, and later with the maturityof the technology began to some specific engineering project implementation and success.Especially,the success of Leaning Tower of Pisa laid a solid foundation for people todevelop this technology. Building rectification appeared and started earliest to be used inChina in1980s.,through a short span of twenty years of development, the technology hadmade a rapid development and acheieved to the world’s leading position both in thetechnology level and the completion of the projects. With the continuous development ofscience and technology, especially the rapid development of computer technology, rectifyingand reinforcement technology began to develop gradually to the field of computer simulationtechnology and automatic control field.The mass on either side of Deng Long street in Dali Yunnan were the buildings to bebuilt for the local residents’s use according to the government planning.The buildings locatedin Dali Erhai Lake side, in the landform belongs to the southern margin of the Dali basin ofthe lake facies sedimentary, strata are soft soil site. At that time, the level of awareness oflocal government and the people is not enough, before the construction of the main buildingswithout making reconnaissance and ground handling, etc. coupled with the residents in orderto gain and arbitrarily increase the number of layers and modify the building structurebuildings, eventually leading to a large number of building tilt. Based on the monitoringdata of the project before being carried out, the tilt amount of the structures up to21hadexceeded the standard requirements, the highest rate was up to40.85per thousand in the tilt(reached a dangerous level). There was no precedent in China and even the world scope thatSo many building tilted and the rate was so high at the same time. Because the data of lessonsand experience was very little, and project funding was limited, this brought a lot of pressure to the design unit. Finally,the unit successfully solved these problems through the innovationof technology.This paper mainly discussed from the "overhead unloading foundation treatmenttechnology","assembled steel pipe concrete cushion block" technology,"wave type lift"technology which were created originally in the subject. Through the research on thetheoretical basis of various techniques, finding out the method of calculation whichillustrated the feasibility of the technology,and the combination with the engineeringpractical application effect,this paper summarized the technology systematically in order tofacilitate the application and promotion of these technologies.The following conclusions:1、All the buildings of the commercial building deviation-rectifying project of DengLong Street in Dali Yunnan adopted lifting and deviation-rectifying reinforcement technologyto be designed and congstructed, the final effect of construction had reached the requirementof cooperated-builing parties.2、The "overhead unloading foundation treatment technology","assembled steel pipeconcrete cushion block" technology,"wave type lift" technology were created originally In theprocess of design and construction of this subject,the three kinds of technology had beed usedin each building rectifying inclination and reinforcement. The theoretical basis、calculationprocess、calculation methods and construction technology of the three technology were simple;Each technology could effectively reduce the project cost.3、The"overhead unloading foundation treatment "technology could effectively reducethe difficulty of construction and shorten the construction period.4、The"assembled steel pipe concrete cushion block" technology could effectivelyincrease the lifting height、the blocks cycle utilization and the earthquake resistance of blocks.5、The "wave type lift" technology could effectively shorten the construction period andsolve the Synchronization problem of Rectification and lifting.
