Application Of Jacking Rectification Method In Reinforced Concrete Frame Structure

Currently,with the rapid development of the building industry,many existing buildings are tilting and subsiding during their usage periods due to various problems,affecting their normal use;under this background,the rectification and reinforcement technology for buildings arises.Through this technology,the existing buildings can be straightened without large-scale construction,reducing great losses for the project.Moreover,due to its short duration,buildings can be quickly returned to normal condition without affecting the normal use of buildings.Taking the project of office building jacking rectification of Zhangjiakou’s Lower Garden District Public Security Bureau for example,this thesis introduces the common existing rectification technology for buildings.This thesis analyzes the causes why the existing buildings subside unevenly,analyzes the actual situation of the project,and designs the tilt correction project.Combined with information construction,ensuring the smooth implementation of lifting for the building.The major research findings of this thesis are as follows:(1)The causes of building’s tilt are discussed from various perspectives,and the existing rectification techniques are summarized and compared.The most optimal scheme is selected eventually.(2)Taking the rectification project of Zhangjiakou’s Lower Garden District Public Security Bureau for background in combination of various factors,this thesis designs the broken column rectification project to strengthen the building before conducting the building’s rectification,sets up an underpinning beam system at the bottom of the building,breaks the column connected to the truncated basis,and emplaces the lifting jack to lift the building again to the allowable range.(3)Key parameters such as the building’s jacking point as well as the jacking quantity have been calculated accurately to ensure the smooth implementation of the rectification project.(4)The implementation of the building’s rectification project is combined with normalization construction to introduce the construction technology of broken column rectification and jacking rectification as well as monitoring the buildingstrictly,ensuring the smooth implementation of the building’s jacking rectification.
