With the rapidly increase of electric vehicles and the mature of charge-dischargetechnology, on the one hand, the charging behavior of electric vehicles will bring thenoticeable effect to power grid operation; on the other hand, the development ofV2G(Vehicle-to-Grid) technology brings some opportunities for the safe and economicoperation of power grid. How to reasonably schedule and control the charging anddischarging behavior of electric vehicles, and having a positive impact on power grid, is atopic worth studying. In this paper the charging and discharging scheduling of electric vehicleis established based on the characteristics of the charging and discharging behavior of electricvehicles, and research charging and discharging behavior under the guide of time of use pricestrategy, and then analyze the influence of the interaction between electric vehicles and powergrid.This paper first preliminary discusses the influence of the development of electricvehicles to power grid, including large-scale electric vehicle access to the negative impact ofpower grid and electric vehicles as the energy storage unit potential positive impact on thegrid. Introduces the development of the V2G system and its components, and analyzes theV2G model of operation and management, this paper uses the concentrated V2G model forelectric vehicle charging and discharging behavior management and scheduling. According tothe state of charging infrastructure load level division and the requirement of power supply,put forward three kinds of V2G function of the electric vehicles charging infrastructureplanning.And then put forward to help ease the load curve and complete the scheduling plan as thegoal, mainly for small private electric power demand, considering some constraints, such ascharging and discharging power, battery capacity, battery charged state and so on. The modelof electric vehicles participating in power grid load in one day is set up, using the particleswarm algorithm to optimize scheduling policy, realized the function of the electric vehiclesto participate in power grid peak shaving. Then through the example, the simulation verify theeffectiveness of the electric vehicles to participate in power grid peak shaving.Finally according to the survey results of the household vehicles by the U.S. departmentof transportation, based on the time of use price strategy and related assumptions, build themodel of electric vehicles charging and discharging disordered and the charging anddischarging model guided by peak valley price. Considering the response degree of the peakvalley price, simulate the daily load curve of electric vehicles charging and discharging powerby Mote Carlo method. Compared with the original load, considering the effects of theelectric vehicles charging and discharging, actual load is obtained. Above all, build peakvalley price time optimization model whose target is the minimum power grid load in peak rate. Using genetic algorithm to solve the model, the correctness of the model is verified bypractical example.
