With the world's attention to energy and environmental issues,the electric vehicle industry has entered a period of accelerated development.However,with the popularization of electric private cars,the charging load of electric vehicles increases rapidly,and disorderly charging of large-scale electric cars will bring great challenges to the safety,economy and reliable operation of the power grid,and will cause the charging demand of electric vehicles can not be met in time.In order to reduce the impact of large-scale random disordered charging of electric vehicles to power grid,improve the acceptance ability of the power grid to electric vehicles and the order,reliability and economy of the coordinated operation of electric vehicles and the power grid,it is necessary to research orderly electric vehicle charging control technology,and effectively guide the actions of the electric vehicle charging or control,namely on the premise of meeting the charging demand of the electric car,Under the guidance of effective technical and economic means,household electric vehicles can be charged orderly,avoiding the peak period of power grid load,reasonably distributing the charging power of electric vehicles,reducing the impact on power grid load,and achieving the effect of peak load reduction and valley filling.Firstly,this paper analyzes the charging characteristics of electric vehicles and the charging needs of users,and gives the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and power characteristics of electric vehicle charging.At the same time,it studies the influence of disordered charging of electric vehicles on the distribution network.It shows that under the disordered charging mode,a large number of electric vehicles gather at the peak of electricity consumption for charging,which is caused by the superposition of conventional load.The phenomenon of "peak on peak" further increases the peak valley difference of the system,which is not conducive to the stable operation of the distribution network,thus demonstrating the necessity of orderly charging.Secondly,the management strategy and scheduling strategy of orderly charging for electric vehicles are studied,and with the study of the charging scenario of electric vehicles,the orderly charging control process,the optimization strategy of charging load and the allocation strategy of charging load are given.According to the analysis of user's charging operation requirements,the user's APP real-time charging application,APP pre charging application,APP local charging application and network exception book are studied.To operate the charging response process of four scenarios of charging application and propose the response strategy of energy use application for different application scenarios.Then,based on the research of the safe and economic operation threshold of the station area,from the demand of the grid side and the user side respectively,the objective function of the grid side optimized orderly charging with the goal of reducing the peak valley difference and the objective function of the user side optimized orderly charging with the goal of charging economy are studied,and the objective function of the combination of the two strategies is also studied,and the corresponding algorithm is given.Finally,using MATLAB simulation platform,four cases of disordered charging,the optimized orderly charging aiming at reducing peak valley difference,the optimized orderly charging aiming at charging economy and multi-objective combined orderly charging are simulated.The simulation results show that the two single-objective orderly charging strategies of the optimization to the use and the optimization to the grid have their own advantages and disadvantages.The optimal charging control strategy,which combines the two considerations,fully considers the interests of both the user and the grid of the electric vehicle,well considers the balance between reducing the charging cost and reducing the peak valley difference of the load in the station area,and realizes the mutual benefit and win-win between the user and the grid.
