According to the theory of invention problem solving (TRIZ) as the guidance in this paper, it is mainly used the TRIZ evolution theory and evolution routes of evolution to build the best product information structure model, then combined with the existing development situation of rebar tying machine at home and abroad. Based on the building of the information structure model of the rebar tying machine, a new type of portable rebar tying machine innovation design scheme is put forward to solve the rebar tying machine existing problems such as plate and battery frequent replacement and carrying weight overload.To confirm the innovation goal and final design scheme, it is necessary for product information collected by the orderly organization. The paper puts forward the construction method and process of product best information structure model based on TRIZ evolution theory. In combination with rebar tying machine product information, through generating the best information structure model of rebar tying machine, the rebar tying machine innovation design goal is identified.Respectively taking rebar tying machine patents, the designer and the customer (including construction companies and rebar tying machine operators) as the research object, then the potential analysis of the evolutionary route on rebar tying machine best information structure model is conducted by the application of TRIZ, and get more sufficient evolution potential routes. The most potential innovative solutions for rebar tying machine which a long wire portable rebar tying machine is acquired by the potential routes.The key technologies of portable rebar tying machine innovation scheme are analyzed, then applied TRIZ1141physical conflict and separation principle to analysis and solve the problem about the inner diameter of the wire feed tube size set, and the problem on wire feeding and reverse action quickly switch is discussed as well as the four major institutions and the transmission mechanism rational design.Finally, based on different ways of wire feeding and consumption subject innovatively putting forward three kinds of structure in the form of a long wire type rebar tying machine, and by making the rational structure analysis, the structure rationality and feasibility of the scheme in theory is confirmed.
