Evolutionary Analysis And Innovative Design Research Of Three-dimensional Garage Car Mover

With the development of economy and the promotion of new energy vehicles,the number of cars in China shows the characteristics of rapid growth,while a series of problems of vehicle parking inevitably appear.In order to make rational use of urban space,it is necessary to develop the traditional parking mode into the "mechanical" three-dimensional garage,which can effectively solve the problem of urban parking As the core equipment of the stereo garage,the car carrier has the characteristics of high efficiency,intelligence and convenience,which is of great significance to the development of the stereo garage.In this paper,the visualization of patent analysis is used as an analysis tool to analyze the related technologies of automobile transporters,form an effective retrieval strategy and conduct patent retrieval,and construct a patent library for automobile transporters.This paper conducts a multi-dimensional analysis on the relevant patent literature from the aspects of patent application trend,related technology life cycle and applicant,excavates the information behind the patent,and summarizes the development status of China’s automobile carrier industry in recent years.Under the guidance of TRIZ evolution theory,patent cards were made for the key patents in the heavy point patent sample library of three kinds of vehicle carriers: plate type,comb type and clamping wheel type Based on the technology evolution route of TRIZ theory,the corresponding technology features are summarized,and the distribution matrix of technology features is constructed according to the corresponding relationship between the two.By comparing various evolutionary routes,the path with dense distribution of technical features is selected to form an accurate and efficient technology roadmap and the corresponding technology evolution tree Combined with the TRIZ evolutionary theory and the constructed evolutionary tree,the development direction of relevant technologies in the field of vehicle transporters in China is reasonably analyzed and predicted.This paper selects the whole vehicle carrier for research,takes the cutting evolution route of the whole vehicle carrier as the technology prediction path,and designs an ultra-thin inner support vehicle carrier.Using professional analysis software,this paper designs the structure of this kind of ultra-thin inner support car carrier,and focuses on the force analysis of its lifting mechanism,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the scheme in theory.Finally,the development of the prototype,after the completion of the relevant tests.The test results show that the new scheme proposed in this paper has good feasibility in the field of stereo garage.
