With the high-rising building springing up and the development of modern science and technology level, the elevator products have become an indispensable and typical mechanical and electrical products in people’s daily life. Meanwhile, the widely used of elevator products also make the safety demand increasingly high. Especially, with the elevators to high-speed direction developing, the vibration of elevators will become increasingly severe, which not only affects the working performance of the elevator, even causes security incidents. Therefore, it is necessary to study the reliability of the elevator products based on dynamics.The synchronous belt transmission institution of elevator hoisting machine and the cabin system are respectively regarded as the research object. Their reliability sensitivity is analyzed based on dynamics. The main contents are as follows:1. Analysis of the reliability of synchronous belt transmission institution of elevator hoisting machineTargeting at realizing analysis of resonance reliability for synchronous belt transmission, a model for transverse vibration of synchronous belt transmission is established. Adopting the method of Galerkin, the three order natural frequencies of transverse vibration for synchronous belt are calculated. On basis of the structure fatigue at resonance, considering the uncertainty of the design parameters, the performance function of the resonance reliability of the synchronous belt transmission is established based on interference theory of reliability design. The JC method is employed to calculate the first two order resonance probability failure of synchronous belt transmission. The speeding of synchronous belt relater resonance probability failure of synchronous belt transmission is studied. 2. Research on the resonance reliability sensitivity for high-speeding elevator cabin system with random parametersThe errors in the process of manufacture and installation for high-speed elevator cabin system made the design parameters of the system own randomness. Targeting at realizing analysis of resonance reliability sensitivity for high-speed elevator cabin system, the relational expression between the natural frequency of cabin system and random parameters was derived based on the perturbation technique, which to analyze the influence of parameters randomness to the natural frequency. According to the stability criterion of vibration for mechanical system, the performance function of resonance failure based on diversification of the exciting frequency for hoisting systems was built. Utilizing sensitivity technique, the expressions of resonance reliability sensitivity for cabin system were deduced to analyze the sensitivity. Through numerical example, the influence of random parameters on the natural frequency dispersibility of the cabin system is analyzed. The degree of influence of the various design parameters on the resonance failure of cabin system is studied. The work provides a reference for anti-resonance design and safety assessment of high-speed elevator cabin system.3. Research on Monte-Carlo simulation experimentCombined with MATLAB software, cabin system resonance reliability of numerical simulation is taken based on the random sampling in Monte-Carlo method. The Monte Carlo simulation results and perturbation theory calculation results are compared to verify the correctness of the reliability sensitivity analysis based on perturbation theory. Through MATLAB image program, the influence of random parameters change on the reliability index is visually displayed...
