High-speed bogie frame is a key component of high-speed train. Its safe and reliable is important to ensure the operation of high-speed trains stable and secure. Mechanical reliability is an important reflection of the quality indicators in the using process of mechanical products, which can effectively serve and protect the normal use of the product. Its salient features and product design, manufacture and use of the various stages of the life cycle are closely related. Gradual reliability studies reflect the trend of the product under mutative intensity and the effect of multiple load conditions. The gradual reliability sensitivity study reflet the trend of random variables, which should be pay attention in the design of products. This paper Conducted the following research applying the method of moments mathematical methods, stochastic processes, etc., and the combination the experimental data of high-speed rail line test, in the reliability and sensitivity study of gradual bogie frame model:(1) The research of the gradient reliability theory, including the gradual structural strength degradation of the mechanical and load calculation method considering the number of action, the calculation method of the gradient reliability sensitivity. In the process of calculating the gradual reliability, the perturbation method, fourth-order moment theory, Edgeworth series methods, mathematical theory of reliability are used. In the model of gradual reliability model, Gamma strength degradation random process model and the role of mathematics load times model are used. In order to verify the usefulness and accuracy of the calculation method and theory, the bolts, valves and other parts of the gradient were applied to calculate the reliability, and the results of Monte Carlo simulation methods were compared.(2) The reliability of the gradient theory of mechanical systems have been studied in the text to bolt series, parallel, hybrid system, for example, in calculating the gradient model added reliability theory and stochastic parameters calculated gradient system reliability sensitivity.(3) A finite element model of the boige frame is established. Two railway standards, UIC615-4 and JIS4207, as a basis for the strength of the bogie frame were analyzed. The part under the maximum stress and the maximum stress value were obtained in each standerd. Fitting method using a neural network, based on the finite element simulation of the bogie frame structure. And a state function of the reliability model is obtained, and the establishment of two standards of reliability models. The reliability sensitivity and reliability of the framework were calculated to analyze the mean value of random variables and the variance of sensitivity. Both standards were compared and analyzed.(4) A gradient reliability model was established based on the bogie frame reliability model. The model using the Gamma gradual degradation processes and multiple load model, and study the case of two models superimposed. Gradient sensitivity analysis of three main force of the reliability is to study the trends of diversification.(5) The effect of wheel tread wear on vehicle stability and comfort is studied. Wheel tread wear is a gradual process, experimental data including 0-25 million kilometers of tread wear and wheel speed measured under different vehicle stability indicators and comfort index. Limits values in the "200km/h above the speed EMU level dynamic performance test identification methods and evaluation criteria" were compared with the respective indicators. Stability and comfort idicators are to meet the requirements of the vehicle. To further study the impact of the tread wear indicators, the critical values of the surface of each index were calculated.(6) By the line of experimental data, a high-speed train bogie frame of the stress intensity interference model is established and its gradient reliability is calculated.
