The bogie frame and wheel are the most important components of High-speed train,which are the foundation of the locomotive traction.Because of the load of bogie is random,the bogie is a random structural system with stochastic parameters and random load.The bogie frame and wheel should support not only the car-body and other kinds of parts,but also it need to pass on the traction,braking force and various lateral,vertical and longitudinal forces between the car and the wheel set.Its reliability affects the safety of the High-speed train directly.What's more,for study of the high-speed train wheel,with the continuous development of high-speed railway,stability requirements of wheel is more and more important.Therefore,it has very important practical significance to research the reliability problems of high-speed locomotive traction components.This thesis analysis reliability research status of railway vehicle inland and abroad establish finite element model of a bogie frame at first,Combined with the mechanical design and method of the reliability sensitivity domestic and overseas.And then according to the 4specific degradation data of wheel wear,build the degradation model combined with stochastic process,confirm the gradient reliability analysis and life distribution prediction of the wheel.The main work of the thesis as follows,1.The finite element model of the bogie frame is established by using the finite element pretreatment software.The static analysis of the bogie frame model is carried out,confirm loads and boundary conditions,analyze the dangerous stress distribution and modal vibration mode of bogie frame.Through finite element analysis,the natural frequencies and the inherent vibration mode and the maximum dangerous stress of the bogie frame under various operating conditions are determined.2.In view of the relationship between the material properties and random load with the dangerous stress,fitting the function by artificial neural network model in this paper,according to the basic theory of reliability design,combined with the random perturbation method and the Edgeworth series,research the reliability and reliability sensitivity of the bogie frame.3.Combined with the SIMPACK dynamics simulation software,simulation train running condition limit,by using the Kriging model parameters and quality of train running speed limit fitting,the relationship between application technology for a second moment of the train operation stability and reliability of the reliability sensitivity analysis.4.Combined with the reliability sensitivity design method,in view of the technical parameters about the wheel rim wear of measure and rolling round wear of wheel,according to the measured data of the wear what in the experiment,matching the degradation data of wheel wear by Gamma random process and Wiener random process,carriy out the gradient reliability analysis about the wheel wear.
