| With development of tourism and improvement of living quality, new ways of travel and fresh tourism preferences emerged in recent years. The popular pattern of domestic tourism has no longer be sightseeing tour, but has changed into relaxing vacation. At the same time, tourist industry and real estate both have great influcence on people’s lifestyle, altering their consumption habit and resident manner. As a new product combining tourism and real estate, tourism real estate residential area became a hot topic. It realized the intergration of travel and living, satisfying travelers’ need for relaxing vacation and health maintanance.At present, traditional real estate is infiltrating into tourism real estate step by step. However, due to the lack of professional research, the theory is far behind practice and there comes numerous problems in the process of actual construction. Preliminary planning and design of tourism real estate residential area is short of directions by mature theories. It cannot meet the needs of vacation by apply the development model of urban residential area mechanically. Auxiliary service facilities had not been constructed under requirements of residents, but according to principles and contents of urban residential area, which brought about phenomenon of non-occupation and over-construction. Issues above gave rise to plenty of researches, many of which put forward targeted recommendations. Nonetheless, systematic researches about interdisciplinary studies, especially discusses about architectural planning and desgin, are still insufficient.By arranging existing researches of international and domestic tourism real estate residential areas, the thesis defines the conception of tourism real estate residential area from the perspective of architectural planning and desgin. According to tourism real estate residential area development situation of Shandong province, the thesis summarizes development modes and types of this kind of residential area. By conducting questionnaire survey in Laiwu city, Shandong province, the thesis analyzes it’s residentials’s characteristics, regionalism in site selection and other issues need attention. The thesis also proposes principle of HOPSCA fitting planning of tourism real estate residential area. By contrasting with design methods of urban residential area, the thesis makes a study of spatial form organization, road traffic desgin, public service facilities design and residence design of tourism real estate residential area.By case study of Cheval Blanc tourism and resort zone in Yukino Lake, Laiwu city, the thesis analyzes practical aplication of tourism real estate residential area theories and further explains it’s theoretical achievements, hoping to provide theoretical support and assistance to development of tourism real estate residential area. |
