In recent years, with the continuous and rapid development of China’s economy, the state investment in infrastructure has also increased. As the main highway infrastructure, especially highway has been considerable development in the highway have been built in the vast majority of the asphalt pavement. With the increasing volume of traffic and heavy vehicles continue to increase, some of the asphalt road traffic shortly after the official opening of the damage appeared early rutting, cracks, pits, etc. in varying degrees, which not only affects driving safety and comfort, will also cause huge economic losses. Development of road traffic on the use of performance asphalt pavement made increasing demands, which makes ordinary asphalt asphalt pavement can not meet the performance requirements of the application of modified bitumen asphalt become an inevitable trend of development. As we all know, waste plastics and waste rubber can be added to asphalt to prepare a better performance plastics and rubber modified asphalt modified asphalt, road works, Shandong Jianzhu University Laboratory on this basis will waste plastics and scrap rubber to specific processing means and methods of blending together to prepare a rubber polymer alloy modifiers, and the mechanism of rubber polymer alloy modifier, but the performance rubber modified asphalt needs further Research. Therefore, on this basis, this paper carried out research work rubber modified asphalt road Performance. In this paper, a large number of laboratory tests to fully evaluate rubber modified asphalt pavement performance. The rubber modified asphalt was prepared by Orthogonal and range analysis method using four factors and three levels of the program, which is mainly determined reaction temperature, development time, shear rate and alloy content modifier, the viscosity of the compatibilizer content and stabilizer dosage were determined by the penetration, softening point, ductility,60℃and135℃viscosity. After preparation of the waste rubber modified asphalt to meet the requirements, based on penetration Superpave asphalt binder grading and classification system fully determined PG rubber modified asphalt temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and fatigue properties. Using the softening point,60℃viscosity and rutting factor G*/sin (δ) to evaluate the high temperature performance; using S values of BBR and M values to evaluate the low temperature performance with the extension as the reference element; fatigue performance was evaluated by using the fatigue factor G*sin (δ). According to estimatesd high temperature performance, low temperature performance and fatigue properties of rubber modified asphalt to calculate the equation estimates data which can represent high and low temperature performance rubber modified asphalt and fatigue performance. To determinate the storage stability of the rubber modified asphalt, the first test was used the method of segregation rubber modified bitumen that is dynamic stability test for prolonged storage of the test; then measured their actual storage conditions on the stability and mechanical agitation that impact test performance stability tests. The results proved that rubber modified asphalt rubber modified asphalt as a new material, not only has good low temperature properties of rubber modified asphalt, but also has good high temperature properties of plastic modified asphalt. So that the properties of rubber modified asphalt is not weaker than the performance of SBS modified asphalt. This study has important reference value and practical significance to further promote the stability of the polymer alloy scrap rubber modified asphalt in road engineering, specification alloy production quality scrap rubber polymer modified asphalt and guide the construction of waste rubber modified asphalt. For the waste plastics recycling and waste rubber has a certain roie.
