As the rapaid development of industrial construction speed now, the construction machinery and equipment is playing an increasingly important role in industrial and agricultural production.There will be more and more rural and other small project as the new urbanization unfolds slowly away, Excavator application in engineering is becoming more and more popular.The center rotating platform as one of the most important part of the excavator,it’s machining process is so concerned. This paper analysed the characteristics, structure,working principle of the excavator center rotating platform and its research status at home and abroad, and ready for the subject. The flutter phenomenon has significant restrictions on its machine processing efficiency and machining accuracy of the workpiece. Therefore, chatter and its online monitoring and suppression method has an important significance of the study of the production and processing practices.This paper analysed the machine cutting chatter mechanism of excavator center rotating platform machining process and stability studies, and online monitoring and suppression.Firstly,this paper analyzes the most influential form of flutter--regenerative type chatter generated on the cutting mechanism, parameters and processing conditions change on the machine tool chatter stability,then the chatter of machine tools online monitoring and suppression methods study using acceleration sensors to obtain real-time vibration information of machining center,using variance and correlation coefficient as the eigenvalue of the signal to discriminate flutter.The HB-150.2P machining center spindle dynamics analysis,modal parameters and to map out the stability diagram of the cutting process of the machining center,and on the basis of the stability diagram to choose spindle speed and depth of cut.Finally,simulate the flutter suppression method,to verify that the method is effective.
