The assisting navigation facility is an important infrastructure to guarantee water traffic safety, which usually layouts navigable waters of rivers, coast and gulf, and marks channel direction, boundaries and obstacles.The thesis was funded by "Research on the key technology of remote of detect and control and its industrialization" of major project of university industry cooperation of Science and Technology Hall of Fujian province(item number:2011H6009). Using the technology of mobile internet, data encryption and decryption and fault diagnosis, the thesis developed a set of detection and control system of assisting navigation facilities that can complete the site dynamic detection and state control of assisting navigation facilities, detect fault and their causes timely on site based on Android platform, which shorten time of maintenance the fault facility and improve efficiency, and then improve the security capability of water traffic safety.The thesis proposed a system design scheme in detail according to the characteristics of on-site operation of assisting navigation facilities, applied low power consumption, low cost, stable data transmission bluetooth wireless communication technology for communicating with assisting navigation facilities, used AES and RSA mixed encryption and decryption algorithm to encrypt and decrypt the data for transmission, combined with the analytical method of protocol data frame based on identifier and fault diagnosis expert system of CBR and PBR cascade to quickly find and remedy faults, communicated with remote monitoring center through Socket, and realized the sharing of resources combined with satellite electronic map, designed the operating UI with a good user experience on the basis of the principles of the user interface design of android operating system. In addition, the thesis initially realized some additional functions, such as tracking, self-location, location search and photo identification. Finally, this project is summarized, and a further study direction on the topic is putted forward.
