| Affected by factors such as tight energy supply and rising chorus of global environmental protection, technology development and industrialization of new energy vehicles have attracted more and more attention. The introduction of a large number of electric vehicles (EV) will bring greater impact on the grid. The driving range of EV is short, and the charging infrastructure is not yet mature. They are the facing problems in large-scale promotion and operation of EV.The focus of traditional ordered charging methods is grid load, and the interests of EV owners and charging station (CS) are not considered. Taking into account the energy supply characteristics of EV and dynamic operation load of CS, this paper builds time cost estimation model and power model of EV. Based on the road network and CS, we build energy achievable graph. Which can weaken or even eliminate the battery limit of EV to some extent. The paper uses San Antonio city map as the road network to test the proposed methods. The results show that in case of optimization of EV’s travel cost and balancing of CS’s load, the proposed methods is better than other scheduling policies. Based on the ordered charging scheduling methods, the paper designs and implements intelligent service prototype system. This thesis first describes the background knowledge and related technologies. And then illustrates the running scene. Analyses the system requirement from two aspects, then gives the further decomposition and refinement of requirement. Based on the system requirement, complete the outline design and detail design. After that, this paper elaborates on the implementation of a prototype system and then test it, which shows that the prototype system can fulfill the requirements. In the end, there are summaries and future work of this research. |
