Electric vehicles have taken seriously on the significant effect on energy saving for more and more countries. Photovoltaic charging stations can integrate the renewable energy and electric vehicles in the non-polluted and zero-emissions way. The large number of electric vehicles charging disorderly will impact the grid, so as main the embodiment of electric vehicle charging behaviour, the photovoltaic charging stations should charge the electric vehicle well-organized. For this purpose, the orderly charging model in different intervals can reduce the purchase cost and the peak power difference effectively.Based on the composition, functions and sources of income for the photovoltaic charging stations, analyze the main factors that affect the electric car charging in the charging mode, the battery characteristics and types of vehicles. Use the driving rule curve fitting on the traditional private car to establish sampling model of Monte Carlo for the electric private cars driving law. Considering the time-of-day pricing and the network load characteristics, the orderly charging model in different intervals programmed by the MATLAB is established. The orderly charging model in different intervals can apply to the photovoltaic charging stations, and its main consideration standard is the purchase costs and peak-valley difference.The orderly charging model in different intervals is real-time, and it doesn’t rely on any vehicle and PV forecast data. According to the preset charge information, the model can select the charge time and charging intelligent. The actual construction and operation of photovoltaic charging stations will benefit from this orderly charging model.
