Nowadays,the scale of electric vehicle(EV)market and the charging infrastructure are growing rapidly.However,the difference between displayed and actual driving range makes it hard for users to grasp the appropriate charging time.and without having suggestions on available time of charging piles from charging operators,it can be difficult for users to choose charging locations,so it isn't easy to know the correct charging time.Based on the inconvenience of charging,this thesis present charging paths for EV based on real-time road conditions and operation status of charging stations,mainly including the following contents:Established an exclusive dynamic energy consumption estimation model with the combination of vehicle-road information for users,in order to accurately determine the charging demands.The model should be able to correctly reflect the actual characteristic parameters of running condition to users in actual road conditions,we also analysis the correlation between characteristic parameters and power consumption and the strength of the correlation,and use the principal components analysis to achieve characteristic parameters dimension reduction,base on the exclusive dynamic energy consumption estimation model,we classified the driving conditions by using the fuzzy clustering method and hence to construct the dynamic energy consumption model of electric vehicles that driving on the way.Established the waiting time model of EV charging stations,we can offer the reference information for users to charge when there is charging demand for electric vehicles.We analyzed the influencing factors of EV queuing waiting time,such as historical operation data and daily type of charging stations,Deep Belief Network(DBN)method is adopted to predict the number of vehicles arriving at charging stations.According to the coupling relationship between the waiting time of EV queue and the number of vehicles arriving at the charging station,the waiting time model of EV queue is established to provide users with suggestions on the effective charging time of each charging station.From the perspective of users,the coupling relationship between charging time and place are reflected by establishing a charging path model of EV,so as to provide users with information such as charging time,location and route.According to path selection and battery remaining power constraints,establish an EV charging path planning model aiming at the optimal sum of the users' travel distance,time and charging cost is established,and the model is applied to the actual traffic network of Beijing for example analysis.Finally,the demand of users for charging service is analyzed,and the charging interface of EV is built through Matlab GUI to provide users with intuitive and effective charging information.
