The comprehensive utilization of renewable energy for the sustainable developmentof social economy and environmental protection plays an important role.Two widely usedsolar and wind power, as renewable resources, on the resources conditions and technicalapplication has good complementarity, wind-light complementary wind and solar poweralone can be made up the shortcomings of low power supply reliability and high cost, itsapplication field widely, so the study of wind-light complementary technology hasimportant theoretical significance and practical value, this paper work includes thefollowing content:This paper analysis the wind-light complementary system structure characteristics andoperation principle, elaborated the important components in the systemThe job characteristics and its important role in the system, for after the system controlstrategy was proposed and the theoretical basis for the design of the system.Secondly, thispaper introduces the basic principle of wind-light complementary system, controller, thebasic principle of inverter at work;Use up a step-down DC/DC.DC conversion circuitcombines battery charged three phase method to realize the storage battery charging anddischarging control, its circuit structure and control are easy to implement;Then, based on the system control strategy, based on PIC18F6720control chip forindependent operation wind-light complementary system hardware circuit design,including sampling circuit, charge and discharge control circuit, drive circuit andprotection circuit design;And software flow chart are given, including the main program,charge and discharge control subroutine subroutines and wind power generation system,solar power systems subroutine flow chart.Finally established the mathematical model of wind turbine, has carried on thesimulation research based on SIMULINK, the simulation results show that in thesimulation model by changing the rotor rotating angular velocity, the system is alwaysunder the operation of the maximum power output, thus shows the maximum powercontrol module can real-time tracking the change of wind speed.All in all, according to the wind and solar energy complementary power generationsystem with reasonable configuration of the system capacity, the user’s requirements canbe found in wind-light complementary system is resolved in the best system design scheme,which can reduce the cost of the whole power system, improve the efficiency of the system and ensure the reliability of the whole system power supply, so wind-light complementarysystem is very reasonable and effective independent power generating system.
