At present the underground railway engineering has already become the most important way to solve the traffic congestion status in our country. It’s more and more important for the subway construction and operation to use the advanced construction technology, scientific management approach and highly effective control method. In recent years, the domestic construction enterprises are looking for the highly efficient management methods and studying the overseas advanced construction technology and the management idea diligently. So far, the construction management approaches with China characteristics have been gradually developed. The advanced construction technology has already walked in the world front row. However, there are still many problems in construction management, such as, the management method is backward and the management system is still imperfect. Today, the traditional management decision-making methods have already been outstripping once they face enormous amount of information or there are mutual and extremely many borders. Take the mechanical and electrical project construction as an example, mechanical and electrical equipment is widely distributed in narrow intervals between stations and stations, the apparatus not only the type is numerous but also the type is various. If we adopt the traditional management, certainly, it will make the manager dazzled when they have to face piles of data and tables. From a psychologist’s study shows that, people are more receptive to what they see, in these information of impressing, the visual information is stored about83%.The results of the study will help us to imagine whether or not the project management work can be visualized. So, managers will witness the entire management process, which will greatly improve the efficiency of management.Take the mechanical and electrical engineering construction of Hujialou Station in Beijing Metro Line6,2section as an example, we use the CS significance cost theory, PERT network technology, BPNN and the GM(1,1) theory to build a static management system. The next step, set up a dynamic management system with the help of the PDCA dynamic management theory and the earned value method (EVM). Finally, achieve the3D numeral visualization management using the technology of Visual Technology (VR).What’s more, we should optimize the management interface to make the advanced management technology more suitable for users.
