In order to meet the rapidly changing market demand and more and more intense market competition,enterprises should speed up product development as much as possible and meet customers in low cost,high quality and personalized requirements.In the process of product R&D project management,suitable WBS can not only fully cover all the contents involved in the project development process,but also can provide a basic framework for the subsequent project schedule planning,resource scheduling,duration and cost prediction.The WBS is a cornerstone of modern enterprise management methods,plays a critical role in project follow-up work.Based on the actual demand of R&D project management of mechanical and electrical products,this paper studies the mapping method between BOM and WBS,analyzes the complex network characteristics of WBS,constructs the optimization method of WBS coupling task decoupling based on DSM,and established the WBS effectiveness evaluation system.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The WBS rapid construction technology is studied.The relationship between BOM and WBS in the process of product development is analyzed,and the mathematical model of BOM and WBS is constructed respectively.The mapping rules between product components and project tasks are established,and the mapping relationship between BOM and WBS is constructed.The rapid construction of WBS based on BOM is realized,which improves the standardization,accuracy and decomposition efficiency of R&D task decomposition.(2)The WBS task decoupling optimization method is studied.This paper introduces the characteristics of complex networks,analyzes the similarity of WBS and complex networks,constructs the complex network model of WBS,then transforms the complex network model of WBS into the design structure matrix,and put forward a recognition method of coupled task set based on reachability matrix.The clustering algorithm of coupling tasks based on clustering analysis and the split algorithm of coupling tasks are studied.The decoupling optimization of coupling task is realized,and the optimization process of WBS coupling task is analyzed with an example.(3)The effectiveness evaluation system of WBS is studied.The purpose and significance of the effectiveness evaluation of WBS are analyzed.This paper expounds the connotation and manifestation of the effectiveness of WBS The completeness of the WBS task and the stability of the overall structure are used as the two evaluation indexes of the WBS effectiveness evaluation model to test the WBS guidance efficiency for R&D project management.The rationality of WBS effectiveness evaluation system and the necessity of decoupling optimization of coupling tasks are verified by simulation analysis of WBS with different decomposition granularity.(4)Based on the above research,the WBS rapid construction,the DSM-based task decoupling optimization and the effectiveness of WBS evaluation modules are implemented on the original system,and was successfully applied in the project of a certain type of contactor.
