Research On Application Of BIM Technology In The Mechanical And Electrical Installation And Construction Process

The building information model(BIM)was the foundation of the model,which was based on the relevant information data of the construction project.It had five characteristics,which were visual,coordination,simulation,optimization and plotting.In 2002,BIM technology entered China for the first time.Currently in China,BIM was understood by more and more people,and the construction industry was experiencing a baptism of BIM.In the National "Eleventh Five Years Plan" BIM had become the key point of the national science and technology support program.In the National "Twelfth Five Years Plan",the BIM building information model further acted as a key of the research project.In our country,the concept of BIM was gradually being cognized and promoted by the construction industry.Currently the amount of construction in China was large,and the development of the construction industry was rapid,but at the same time the construction industry needed sustainable development,construction enterprises also faced more severe competition.Under this back grand,we saw the necessity of combination between domestic construction industry and BIM.This paper took mechanical and electrical installation project in the airport business park B district,which the Tianjin installation Engineering Co.Ltd won the bidding,for instance,asked questions from the aspects of airport business park B district of mechanical and electrical installation project,which included the plan before the bidding,the win in the bidding process,the cost of preparation after the win of the bidding,the management in the construction process,cost control,the management of risk.And it expounded the significance and the corresponding measures of BIM technology in the whole process,provided research reference and reference examples,which could be used for reference,for the co-generic construction projects.It played a milestone-role in the control of the improving of the future biddings,the cost constitution,the construction management in the project,and other key aspects.Through the analysis and study of this case,the company collected a whole set of the effective technical methods and procedures of BIM technology in the construction enterprises.
