In many remote areas and independent island, limited by geographical condition, construction and power grid interconnection of conventional power distribution system are difficult; Or has the construction of the power distribution system is weak, cannot satisfy the power supply reliability. In state grid corporation under the background of\"strong smart grid\" development strategy, by micro grid technology, the use of local rich clean intermittent energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic, build small regional power grid, can effectively meet the load demand of the local. But wind power and photovoltaic power generation different from traditional regular power, has obvious volatility, randomness and intermittent, the safe and stable operation of power grid planning and construction and puts forward the new challenges. In order to meet the load demand at the same time to ensure that the power supply reliability of the power grid, the construction of strong smart grid, needs to contain the intermittent power supply micro power grid construction and the coordination control technology were studied.This paper mainly analyzes the intermittent power supply access at home and abroad and the present situation of micro power grid project, to contain the intermittent energy island micro grid coordinate control and optimize the operation technology were studied, analyzed the cost and the social benefits of distributed power supply measurement, power economic dispatch model was built, the control and scheduling strategy were studied, and the micro tuo rocky island grid application demonstration project as an example, analyzes the overall technology scheme of micro power grid project, puts forward the interconnection/isolated net double mode integrated control scheme, and research the project planning and design of each part and the concrete implementation. Micro grid research at home and abroad at present is more, but less engineering practice. Long island distributed power access and micro grid demonstration project, explored in a distributed power supply access, the content of the micro grid coordinate control strategy and so on, have very important research value.Practical results show that the proposed scheme can meet the load demand in the effective guarantee the power supply reliability of the power grid at the same time, comply with the requirement of practical engineering. Of intermittent power grid construction and coordinated control technology research, on the level of theory and engineering practice are verified, power grid construction provides valuable experience for the future.
