With economic development in recent years, the number of shortages accelerateand demographic growth and urbanization of land, high-rise building applicationsmore widely, with respect to other structural systems, frame-shear wall structure withlarge lateral stiffness and structure layout flexibility, can well meet the needs ofpeople, etc., more and more people of all ages.With the increase of building height, houses by the level of the effect will bemore and more big, structure in a horizontal layout also requires intensive, with theframe shear structure location and quantity of shear wall arrangement in how muchdirect impact to the safety of the structure, practicability, economy and rationality.Based on the research results of frame shear wall structure at home and abroad, theconcept of frame shear structure under the action of the seismic design of shear wallarrangement and introduces, introducing the characteristic of the finite elementsoftware SATWE and SATWE software is applied to the advantages of tall frameshear wall structure design for a specific project using PKPM software in engineeringmodeling, the calculation and analysis of cycle ratio, stiffness ratio between the layers,cutting parameters such as heavier than, and then judge the layout of the structure isreasonable.In this paper, the characteristics of the high-rise frame shear wall and its designtheory are summarized, combined with an engineering example of frame shear wallstructure are analyzed and summarized, and pointed out the future need further tosolve the problem.
