| With the economic development and population urbanization aggravating in recent years, construction land is increasingly getting tense, and tall buildings are getting more and more. To meet the requirements of conditions, such as seismic, structural form has also developed continuously, on a wide range of frame-shear wall structure for high-rise residential. The effect of lateral loads is obvious because of relatively suppler tall buildings, and how to get safe and economic requirements of design under the satisfied use conditions is must sought and faced for structural designers. Therefore, it is significance to analyze the theory and practices of the rationality and reliability of the tall residential frame-shear wall structures.In this paper with an engineering example, we analyzed calculation result of a frame-shear wall structure in adopting model established by calculation procedure SATWE to confirm the structure’s applicability and stability according to the specification specifies, the actual situation of the project, the software limit on the parameters, initial parameters in the software set up correctly and special components for the premise. Passing through the construction, we deeply realized to adequately understand and master force characters and suitable scope in advance of conception design, also to attach importance to conformation demands.In short, under the guidance of the concept design, we can design a frame-shear wall structure with good economic performance and the seismic performance through thorough analysis. |
