With the rapid development of economy in our country, the urbanization level is higher and higher, in order to solve the problem of the city ground traffic congestion, a hot wave of subway is being constructed. Because of the subway attract a large stream of people when it is in operation, if some accident events happened, the consequences are serious, so the subway operation safety problem has become the focus, if the subway operation system make the effective risk assessment, we can do beforehand control and prevent the happening of the accident. Therefore, identify the metro station security risk source and realize effective evaluation of subway station are very important to improve the level of the safety operation of subway system.In this thesis,first of all, through the analysis of domestic and foreign related research situation, the subway operation safety evaluation of the system and the corresponding artificial neural network theory are studied; Secondly,based on the statistical analysis of metro operation accidents at home and abroad, according to its analysis results to determine the main types of metro operation accidents and the main cause of the subway accident, according to the accident cause theory, divide the risk factors into four aspects,such as:equipment, facilities, environmental, and management, on the basis of this, established comprehensively and systematically suitable subway operation safety evaluation index system in our country; Then build the safety assessment model of subway operation system based on BP Neural Network,and presents a feasible assessment program, on the calculation method and MATLAB Neural Network Toolbox (Neural Network Toolbox, NNT) for Network design and calculation, by learning samples of training and testing to make the error of the model into a expected range, conclude that the model in evaluating the subway operation safety works well, and the operation of guangzhou metro security situation are analyzed; Finally the subway operation safety evaluation model designed into the form of human-computer interaction interface, for people unfamiliar with the Matlab user can use conveniently.
