| With the social development of "new urbanization",a bloom of city group is emerging. As an important link between the city group for the mutual communication, intercity railway has received more and more attention of the nation and locals. However, following the intercity railway’s development, a series of operation-management problems has appeared. Among them, the sharper one is the benefit loss, which seriously affects the sustainable development of the intercity railway, leads an extra burden to the local finance. Therefore, in order to reduce the intercity railway’s operation-management cost and improve enterprise benefit, this paper focus on the train operation plan of the intercity railway which is the most important part for the operation-management to obtain more reasonable method of compilation and optimization.Based on this, this paper made the following research:the first one is figuring out the intercity railway train operation plan, including its connotation, contents and principle for compilation and optimization.. Then, we propose four fundamental factors:"The train’s mileage, operation speed, travelling time and consumption", by the train’s traction calculation and mathematical analysis, we provide two functions:one is about the travelling time of different speed levels and vehicles, the other is about the consumption; The second part is establishing an optimization model for the intercity train operation scheme (DMP), according to the principle of optimization and combining the actual existing problems. The model is base on the running time function and energy function, it includes two goals: maximizing the benefit of enterprise and maximizing the benefit of passengers. To solve the model, according to the actual situation, we transform it into a single object optimization model about train grade, this model ensures the maximization of the enterprise’ benefit, while the passengers’is transformed into the constraints of the model, by using their own method, we solved them independently, at last we adjust the result of the single object optimization model according to the one of the constraints and get the final optimal train plan; In the third part, we use the model into the practice of Wu-Xian Intercity Railway’s operation scheme for the preparation and optimization, and obtain a more reasonable intercity train operation plan, proving the model is useful and its solving method is better. |
