Although our country has issued some methods and technologies for construction projectcompletion environmental protection acceptance check, most of them are generalrequirements of guidance standard. Because there are no specific rules of the constructionproject acceptance, it led to environment acceptance method and technology specification andacceptance evaluation conclusion is not accurate. So the corresponding environmentalprotection management requirements have not been implemented, then the completion of theproject of ecological impact has not been effective recovery.Along with the development of remote sensing technology, field of UAV remote sensingtechnology in environmental protection are more and more popular, especially when theconstruction area is large, hard artificial reconnaissance, using conventional acceptancemethod is a hard working under this condition, UAV remote sensing technology is showing itsadvantages.This article first reviewed the development of the construction project completionacceptance of environmental protection, analyzed the domestic ecological class especiallywind power class construction project completion environmental protection acceptance checkwork, summed up the problems existing in the environmental protection acceptance work inour country and the insufficient technology. On the basis of existing construction projectcompletion environmental protection acceptance specification-ecological class technicalguidance, we introduced new UAV remote sensing technology to wind power constructionproject acceptance of environmental protection from planning routes, flying outside, theprocessing industry and a series of data process. On the basis of ArcGIS platform, weanalyzed environmental sensitive target in the study area by using a buffer, overlay analysismethod, and achieved good results.With the help of ArcGIS geographic information system platform, we took theenvironmental protection acceptance survey of Heishan wind power plant project as an example and built ecological acceptance of UAV remote sensing survey process and queryplatform. The Research has obtained the good actual effect, the similar wind farmenvironmental protection acceptance work can benefit from our paper.
