In recent years, with the continuous development of concrete technology, concrete strength increasing, the inherent brittleness show highlights problems, how can guarantee the strength of concrete, but they can improve their brittle fracture characteristics become more and now works in practice the more questions to get people’s attention. After exploring domestic and foreign scholars study found that the incorporation of rubber powder in concrete is one way to improve this problem.Rubberized Concrete as a new type of concrete material, a collection of some of the excellent features of rubber and ordinary concrete, including:low elastic modulus, excellent deformation properties and crack resistance, high energy absorption capacity and very high toughness. Other features include light weight, high hardness, elongation, good anti-wear and anti-aging properties, shrinkage coefficient and low coefficient of thermal expansion. In addition, crumb rubber concrete also has good heat insulation, sound insulation function. If rubberized concrete used in engineering practice, can be very good to improve the fatigue resistance of structures or components, but domestic and international aspects of the fatigue properties of rubber concrete damage evolution mechanism, the fatigue checking methods and engineering applications little research. In view of this, this article will fatigue properties of rubberized concrete flexural test study, the main contents include:1. In ordinary concrete C40is based on the rubber powder with an equal volume of alternative ways of fine aggregate concrete alternative to study the modified concrete apparent in different content and different rubber powder rubber powder particle density, gas content, slump degree, compressive strength, flexural strength;2.
