With the rapid development of modern information technology, microelectronics and new materialstechnology, UAVs occupy more and more important role in the aviation field. So the performance of UAVand the technology of test take more and more people’s attentions. Because of the UAV does not need directcontrol of pilots, it has an important role in various fields.A large number of records, including flight speed, altitude and other data recorded by the Flight DataSystem in the aircraft flight test process, However, these date are only used in testing the designperformance of aircraft, and not fully play its real value. This paper analyzes the performance of theaircraft based on the flight test data of UAV, and researches a certain degree of test technology.Performance calculations of flight test data are different from the traditional methods. The traditionalmethods with engine thrust curve known have played an important role in the theory of the aircraft designprocess. But it did not take full advantage of the actual flight test data in aircraft stereotypes, but only usedtest data to verify whether the thrust performance is correct. The method based on the test data is not onlyable to better assist the traditional flight test, but also make the engine thrust curve as the unknown quantityto anti launch input conditions, so as to achieve an effective verification performance by thrust method, and intuitive evaluated the performance of aircraftThis article makes use of mathematical methods such as discrete least squares fitting, Lagrangefunction to remove and fit the data through. This will help to bring the data to the next step of performanceanalysis and make the analysis more regular. In the performance analysis process,we derivate the formulaof Level flight acceleration, steady upward motion and take off without lifting the front wheel, andanalyzed the relevant performance parameters, such as the maximum level flight speed, maximum rate ofrise and roll distance, and study the relationship between the parameters, and verify the method bynumerical examples. Through this study, we are better able to make and test data direct response aircraftperformance, shorten the development cycle of aircraft development process for this purpose.
