With the rapid development of our economy and the progress of urbanization level unceasing enhancement, people become more and more aware of the importance of environment protection, slope protection engineering not only should consider its soundness also have green function. Porous concrete is a porous structure, has a certain gap in a row, for the growth of plants. Developed on the basis of vegetation type, permeable concrete by permeable concrete by reducing alkali, into the matrix, laying of replace with out-soil, late sowing plants and maintenance. However this kind of concrete when the porosity can satisfy the requirement of plant growth, it is hard to achieve the strength of the engineering application of conditions.Combining permeable concrete and shotcreting technology, this paper study a kind of both can overall was carried out on the rock slope protection and ecological slope protection technology can serve as the new green function, that is, a permeable concrete shotcreting vegetative ecological slope protection technology. In the process of permeable concrete mixture ratio design, main consideration the porosity and strength. Shotcreting concrete strength requirement for at least20MPa, in order to provide plant raw base material filling space and vegetation root system growth space, general requirements permeable concrete pore rate to above20%. As a result of the limitation of jet pipe diameter, injection water maximum aggregate size is generally less than15mm. Research content of this article is to find meet the conditions of the permeable concrete mixture ratio, and its application in slope protection engineering.This article combined with engineering characteristics, and from the combined bolting and shotcrete ecological protection and the protection area, type of vegetation is permeable concrete application in the rock slope protection engineering is analyzed and discussed. Main completed the following content:1、The need of engineering technology, determine aggregate size and replacement ratio of fly ash as the variable of permeable concrete mix proportion design of grouping. In aggregate size (2.5~5mm,5~10mm and10~15mm) and fly ash replacement rate (0,10%,20%,10%) grouping design of mix proportion and dosage of materials were determined.2-, With different mixture ratio of compressive strength test specimens, the flexural strength test, porosity and permeable coefficient of determination. Results show that when the aggregate grain size for10-15mm, fly ash replacement rate was20%, the compressive strength of28days of21.89MPa, the porosity is21.3%, the combined bolting and shotcrete meet the technical requirements of permeable concrete.3、According to the experiment data analysis shows that, with the increase of aggregate diameter measured porosity and permeability concrete compressive and flexural strength increased, the permeable coefficient increased; With the increase of fly ash replacement rate, porosity decreases, and water permeability concrete permeable coefficient is smaller, and when the fly ash replacement is20%, the compressive and flexural strength improved the most.4、Combined with an engineering example for the combined bolting and shotcrete application vegetation concrete technology for rock slope protection design and construction process was optimized.5、Through the numerical simulation analysis of the slope protection stability before and after, the combined bolting and shotcrete verify the feasibility of vegetation concrete technology.
