Geological disaster of expansive soil slopes has become a key factorinfluencing the quality of highway construction and road traffic safety，stabilitycharacteristics of highway slope of expansive soil and the analysis of engineering isthe key to prevent highway disaster.Based on the combination of theory and test data， expansive soil to a touristhighway general characteristics and slope stability are analyzed and thecorresponding actual engineering of slope disaster prevention plan， specifically asfollows:(1) Discussed the calculation of various highway slope stability underdifferent conditions. Research on the causes and types of slope stability， cohesionand angle of internal friction influence on slope stability， on the prevention andcontrol of Slope Disaster Tourism Highway significance.(2) Study of the application of limit equilibrium stability analysis of soilslope， by using computer software to different sections of the tourism highway，and the software analysis results are on the law of safety factor.(3) Using the experimental method of soil， in the tourism highway sectioncutting was modified through experimental study， the ecological modifier on soilroad cutting slope modification test has been carried out， and the slope of soil andsoil were analyzed after test.(4) The slope disaster prevention measures on the general analysis，based onthe actual tourism highway slope stability analysis， to determine the specificprevention design，has a good effect in engineering，to prevent a certain referencesimilar slope disasters.
