The single powersupply provided by the grid power can not meet the need of the productions andengineering practices. Compared with traditional power supply, the inverter power notonly has higher reliability, better stability and regulation characteristics, but also hassmaller volume, lighter weight and lower power consumption. So the inverter power hasbeen widely used in the field of electronic and electrical.Full bridge shift phase switch topologic circuit works on the principle of resonance.So the power device turns on or off when the current or voltage nature through zero, thusreducing the loss. The full bridge shift phase switch topologic circuit has become themost generally used topological structure. Compared with the traditional sine pulsemodulation, the voltage space vector pulse modulation has better harmonic suppression,higher usage of direct voltage and is better suitable for computer control, which hasbecome another brace of invert technology and has been widely used. With theappearance of the DSP technology, the full digitalization of inverter has become possible.The digital control system has the advantage of flexible control, simple control algorithmand strong anti-interference capacity, which also has been widely used.The purpose of the study is to design a powerful inverter power supply. This thesishas comparatively studied the working principle of full bridge shift phase soft-switchingconvertor, and anatomized the implement method of SVPWM control technology. It canimprove the working efficiency and reduce output ripple by applying the soft-switchingtechnology and SVPWM control technology into the supply unit. Besides, it has alsobrought the DSP technology based on its advantage. To begin with, it has completed thedesign of the hardware circuit of full bridge shift phase convertor and three phasesSVPWM convertor, including main circuit, control circuit, IGBT driver circuit, samplecircuit, protection circuit and auxiliary power circuit. On the base of the analysis of themain circuit, it has simulated and analyzed the system by the MATLAB/Simulink. Furthermore, the software design of the system has been completed and it has achievedthe full digital control. Finally, the physical model has been constructed to verify thecorrectness of the design, and the result of the experiment indicates that the invertor hasthe advantages of wide rage import, firm output, high efficiency, small size, highreliability and light weight. |
