At present, with technological innovation of China’s EMU, the new generation high-speed EMU has been running on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway at the maximum operating speed of380kilometers per hour. Bogie frame of high-speed train is one of the most important components for the EMU vehicle system, which is transferring all kinds of loads between body and wheel.The service condition of bogie frame is directly related to the operation quality, dynamic properties and driving safety of vehicle. By dynamic load of bogie frame testing, we can build load spectrum of frame in line with our country line condition, which can provide a reference for reliability assessment and design specifications of bogie frame.People have been concerned about the problem of structural fatigue damage for a long time. In order to evaluate the fatigue life of welded frame of EMU, this paper will use strain-gauge testing method to obtain stress time history of structural points and obtain load by using the method of dynamometric spring and dynamometer tumbler. This paper studies on the CRH3motor bogie frame. The main content of this paper is as following:1. Analysis load and stress variation of EMU bogie frame under the condition of different line and wheel turnings;2. Study on load characteristic of axle box springs and positioning tumblers under different conditions of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway from the perspective of time domain and frequency domain;3. Through the distribution fitting and hypothesis testing of the bogie load by using method of mathematical statistics, deduce the maximum value of load;4. Pave the way for future fatigue test by determining vertical and lateral load amplitudes of frame fatigue test, which is based on the statistical load spectrum and equivalent load method, and compared them with the data from UIC615-4standard.
