With the rapid economic development and accelerating process of globalization, themanufacturing has undergone tremendous changes, the new production models appearedcontinuously, such as lean production (LP), virtual manufacturing (VM), networkedmanufacturing (NM), computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS), flexiblemanufacturing systems (FMS) and so on. One enterprise has been unable to meet theindividualization and diversification of consumer’s demand. The development and application ofinformation technology provides effective technical support to solve this problem.Manufacturing grid technology achieves effective communication of enterprise resources andinformation of different geographical locations. The virtual manufacturing of integratesadvantageous resources of collaborative enterprise effectively, shortens product life cycle, andimproves the whole competition of enterprise alliance.In order to maximize the benefits of enterprise alliance, it requires choosing thecollaborative enterprise carefully when establishing enterprise alliance. Collaborative enterpriseis based on tasks assignments.Core enterprises how to break down and assign manufacturing tasks reasonably andeffectively, how to choose appropriate collaborative enterprise to establish enterprise allianceaccording to the features of subtasks, how to ensure completing tasks in time, obtaining highquality products, meeting the customer’s requirements, playing the advantages of enterprisealliance, maximizing the whole interests, these are worthy of research. The study contents of thispaper are as follows:The first chapter, presented the background and meaning of the research, and overviewedthe research state of manufacturing grid, task assignments, and the evaluation of collaborativeenterprise at home and abroad, finally gave the main work and architecture framework of thethesis.The second chapter, first analyzed the concept, characteristic and architecture of the gridand manufacturing grid technology, comprehended the contents of traditional manufacturing taskassignments and modern collaborative manufacturing assignments, analyzed several commonevaluation methods of collaborative enterprise.The third chapter, mainly researches on the resource model and manufacturing taskassignment model of manufacturing grid-oriented. First analyzed the characteristics andclassification of manufacturing grid-oriented manufacturing resources, and used the object-oriented method to establish the manufacturing resource model, researched the workflowprocess meta-model, which is the basis of establishing the manufacturing task assignment model,broke down tasks according to the process flow, used the workflow nets technology whichcombines Petri net and workflow technology to describe manufacturing task decomposition,used resource retrieved service in manufacturing grid to search collaborative enterprises, thenformed variety plans, finally used the multi-objective optimization algorithm based on AntColony Optimization to obtain the optimal assignment plan.The fourth chapter, under the guidance of the design principle of evaluation system forcollaborative enterprise, analyzed and designed the evaluation system, used analytic networkprocess to calculate the weights of the different indicators in the system.The fifth chapter, designed and developed the system of the manufacturing task assignmentand the evaluation of collaborative enterprise, showed the roles and functions of the modules inthe system by system flow chart, at last described the main functions of the system with anexample manufacturing the front bearing Assembly of an industrial steam turbine.The sixth chapter, summarized the thesis, raised some limitations of the research and putforward future work.
