To accurately grasp the information of the engine heat transfer in cylinder is very important and meaningful to the optimization of combustion process and cooling system, as well as the structural design of the combustion chamber parts.In the actual working conditions, the characteristic of heat transfer in cylinder is influenced by many factors, so it is difficult to conduct a research on how a single variable affects the heat transfer in cylinder. In order to study the influence of engine rotational speed and gas temperature on the heat transfer in cylinder, this article mainly designs and builds a simulation experiment platform for the research of heat transfer in cylinder, and furthermore designs the test and control system for the simulation experiment platform, which provides a very good platform for the further research of heat transfer in cylinder.The main jobs done in this research include:1. According to the research purposes, the overall experiment program is designed. The high temperature gas is generated in the external combustion chamber and supplied to the engine to simulate the high temperature condition of the engine. The engine is driven by the motor to simulate the rotation of the engine.2. Based on the experiment conditions, the property parameters and types of the key equipments through accurate calculation are defined. In order to match the experiment demands, the structure of some key components are changed and designed. Then the whole simulation experiment platform is built.3. Through analyzing the parameters that need to be controlled and measured during the experiment and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different test techniques, an appropriate test technique for each crucial parameter is chosen and the data acquisition and control system based on the test system is designed.4. In order to make sure that each part of the system works normally among the range of all the working conditions, a debugging research on the whole experiment system is made. Then an elementary experiment program is designed to study the characteristic of the heat transfer in cylinder. Through Analyzing the influence law of engine rotational speed and gas temperature on the heat transfer in cylinder, the results of the elementary experiment can check whether the simulation experiment platform for the heat transfer in cylinder is built successfully or not.
