Asphalt pavement rutting disease is not only the road one of the main diseases, rutshortened the service life of the asphalt surface is also reduced the asphalt roadbed quality ofservice, brings to the national economy is bigger loss. To prolong the service life of asphaltsurface performance, and saving resources, study the influence factors of rutting, especiallyunder the condition of high temperature rutting prevention and treatment measures, hasbecome the road boundary is one of the most concern, is also the problem has always been aconcern with xinjiang region in the north of China.In this paper, with the aid of G30XingXingXia to hami road rut disease project, combined with the indoor and outdoor androad test data for high temperature region rut disease causes more comprehensive analysis,aims to improve the quality of asphalt roadbed engineering, in order to reduce the road rutdisease, prolong the service life of road, save the project cost.First of all, to investigate rut disease arterial highways in xinjiang, at the same time to themechanism of formation of the rut disease and harm are introduced, the survey found rutdisease is a ubiquitous phenomenon in xinjiang.Second, to xinjiang G30star ha highway rut disease development trend and distributioncharacteristics of the statistics, the traffic volume, hami, meteorological condition and thethicKness of the pavement structure design method of asphalt pavement design specificationis analyzed, overloading and high temperature caused the main reason of pavement rutting,the existing specifications also can’t adapt to the special environment in the region and thetraffic volume, so to special environment special treatment.then, in combination with hami district, the geographic climate characteristics and roadmaterials, road from asphalt dosage, raw material and mixing ratio analysis, put forwardsuitable for xinjiang hami high temperature region the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement.Finally, the main even huo XingXingXia to hami highway rebuilding project pavementrutting disease detection, treatment of pavement and combined with other high temperaturerut treatment method at the special region in xinjiang, the results show that low grade asphalt,adding anti-rutting agent, the sKeleton dense type distribution type can be used in thetreatment of high temperature rut disease areas.
