Since the first FIA Formula1World Championship was held in1905, the FSC was alsoheld in the1970s, and our country has held five times competitions of FSC. The raceraccident has been a inevitable phenomenon during the competition due to the competitionterrain and the requirements of the competition. And the rear-end collision is a commonaccident. There are morn than70%of people got head and neck injuries in the rear-endcollision, if the accident happened. The dynamic response of occupant neck hurt of FSC rear-end collision is analyzed by thethesis, and simple introduced the neck injury for the driver during the rear-end collision. TheFSC rear-end collision model is established by using the multi-rigid-body model of vehicleand seat, the import and positioning of the multi-rigid-body BioRID II dummy model, thecreates and positioning of the hybrid model of five-point seat belt. After applied the loadcondition, defined the contact, confirmed the output of the model parameters, validated thesimulation model. To confirm the HIC36msand Nkm as the evaluation indexes, adjust theparameters (including the location of the headrest, the contact stiffness of headrest and theseat backrest angle) to analyze the head and cervical dynamic response and impact trend. Toinsure the location of the headrest, the contact stiffness of headrest, the seat backrest angle asthe optimize parameters. Use the method of orthogonal experiment to arrange experiment, usethe analysis method (R) data analysis and processing to get the optimal parametercombination. Compare the damage data of the optimal parameter combination with theoriginal model to ensure the optimization effect is obvious.
