Double station inflation-testing machine for automobile shock absorber is specialequipment designed for shock absorber air inflation, pressure detection, and its bounceperformance, in order to realize the rapid and accurate constant pressure air pressure inflation.Due to the low precision, low efficiency and higher cost, extensive use of manual operation isbecoming one of the most important factors which restrict the development of someenterprises, and therefore, the replacement of automation for manual operation is becoming avery important problem to be solved as soon as possible for many enterprises.This design includes the mechanical devices, pneumatic、hydraulic system design andcontrol system design. The mechanical design includes frame, base, axial top mobile devices,inflatable sealing device, pneumatic sealing device, adjustable positioning device, and100%rebound testing device. The pneumatic、hydraulic system mainly including: constant pressureinflatable system pressure test system and top mobile system. Equipment control systemmainly including top tight control system, inflatable control system, detection control system,etc. This equipment with text display can shows parameters in diagram such as output valueafter filling. The operator is only responsible for loading and unloading workpieces, visualmonitoring the display instrument for some parameter changes, and the rest of the actions areautomatic completed according to the control program. So the equipment should have acertain efficiency and advancement in enhancing shock absorber inflatable detection.In the design, first of all, the various devices of equipment are modeled by using3Dsoftware Solidworks, and to improve the innovation of equipment spare parts, and thecomponents are drew by using2D software CAXA in detail. Then pneumatic、hydraulicsystem diagram is drew by using software CAXA, finally equipment program is wrote byusing S7-200CN type CPU226PLC. In order to further confirm and reliability of the designof equipment, some laboratory tests and further experiments in site environment have alsobeen conducted.This equipment designed in the subject has two main innovations, including doublestation and horizontal built-in inflatable needle. In order to meet the requirements oflarge-scale production, the double station of press, inflation, detection are uniquely used inthis equipment, so that two stations can work together, also run separately. And the horizontalinflation form of built-in inflatable needle can not only solve the problem of artificialinserting inflatable needle separately, but also ensure the inflation needle be inserted into theoil seal smoothly. The modular design method is adopted in the equipment design, and somemore advanced and mature machine components are priority chosen. So it greatly improvesthe reliability, accuracy, and service life of equipment operation.
