Anti-crash helicopter landing gear typical conditions are divided into normal landing and crash landing two types,a type of anti-crash helicopter using a two-stage series dual-chamber shock absorber design,normal landing when the low pressure level,and the crash landing when the low-voltage and high-pressure level common use,provide an important guarantee for the occupant survival.However,due to the low efficiency of high pressure shock absorber and the high cost of oil and gas leakage,it is a general trend to explore and study the new type of anti-crash shock absorber.In this paper,the geometric motion equation of a helicopter rocker-arm landing gear is established,and the calculation model of each shock absorber force element of the cushion pillar is built,and the motion differential equations of the landing gear's dynamic analysis are obtained.Then,the theoretical calculation models of several kinds of metal shock absorbers are established,at the same time,the comparison and analysis of the shock absorbering performance of various aspects,found that the aluminum honeycomb in the deformation capacity,the same stress quality than the energy absorption and the same stress of the volume than the other two shock absorbers,but in adapting to environmental capacity is at a disadvantage.the axial compression numerical simulation of aluminum honeycomb-bulging composite structure is carried out,which confirms the excellent mechanical properties of aluminum honeycomb and aluminum honeycomb-bulging composite structure can play a more outstanding performance.A new design scheme of combined shock absorber is proposed.The simulation analysis of helicopter landing gear was carried out by using LMS Virtual.lab motion and AMESim Combined simulation method,the simulation results of two kinds of shock absorbers were obtained under four kinds of earthquake conditions,and the new combined shock absorber was used to reduce the weight by 30.2% and the space could save 9.1%.,the body overload decreased by 19.6% in the crash condition.The parameter influence of the oil hole diameter,piston rod diameter,throttle spring preload and metal bulging wall thickness of the new combined bumper is studied,which provides a reference for the design of the new type of combined shock absorber.
