Gear mechanism is most widely used in various institutions of a transmission mechanism, gear design and manufacturing technology in certain extent marks a national industrial technology level, so the development and the development gear technology has an important meaning. Gear failure accounted for more than60%of the fault from the failure forms, in order to ensure that the bearing capacity of the gear and reliability of operation, prolong the service life of gear, gear strength of the comprehensive consideration of the impact each factor.First this paper begins gear system of parameterized modeling in3d software Solidworks. It develops spur gear, helical cylindrical gears, bevel gear, Internal gear, and rack. It detailed introduces the helical gear parameterized modeling process. According to the involute gear meshing theory involute tooth root equation, transition curve equation and spiral curve equation are got, and eventually have builted the3d model into finite element analysis software for contact analysis. In the second, it introduced the theory of finite element contact. The results of the analysis of the two cylinder contact with classic hz theory calculation results were compared in order to verify the effectiveness of the Hertz unit..In the last,,it draws friction on gear contact stress and the influence of the gearing-in force, through the analysis of finite element contact in different Settings of sliding friction coefficient. It verifies the accuracy of the results with the theory that the contact stress of gear tooth and the accuracy of the test results. seven friction coefficient of the contact analysis comparing the results is that meshing force with the friction coefficient decreases. Gearing-in force is the largest when The friction coefficient is0. Comparing the force transmission will gradually decrease, along with the increase of friction coefficient. The greater the gearing-in force, the influence of friction coefficient is more obvious. As the character, the largest gear teeth gear contact stress increases with the increase of friction coefficient. The finite element analysis, should choose larger friction coefficient, to ensure the reliability of the gear strength, through the simulation results and theoretical analysis.
