| Vibration is a kind of common movement forms in daily life, and, as a special machine, vibrating machines are widely applied to industry. People can achieve many craft procedures such as vibrating feed and vibrating transportation. Anti-resonance vibrating machines designed according to anti-resonance theory have better quality than the traditional ones, and more people are researching them. A lot of scholar has worked at home and abroad to anti-resonance vibrating theory and application, has designed a few Anti-resonance vibrating machines, but the product isn't broad appliance in China. Now, Anti-resonance vibration sieve is still belonging to blank space in the homelandThe working principle of the anti-resonant vibrating sieve (AVS) is that under the vibration system with 2-DOF (degree of freedom), one mass doesn't vibrate but the other vibrates, this is called anti-resonant phenomena. The AVS designed in this text is just an application of anti-resonance vibrating theory, we can use this AVS to sieve the supplies, meet the needs actually.The anti-resonant vibrating machine has the same imperfection that the amplitudes are not stability. So, sufficient theory research and experiment verification must be done before practical application. In this paper, I designed an AVS with the application of others'theory analysis. In, this paper, design adopts comparative analysis and pick out the best in accessory's choice and way of installing. In this design, it has made some change in vibrate griddle's structure and the joint with vibration isolator system. In detail, it has changed metal spire spring to board spring and made uniform pressure to griddle box. Also the structure of vibration isolator system need some change in order to adopt the installing requirement of board spring. In the same time, a lot of calculation has made for some choice on kinematics and dynamics parameters. Intension check is made to some main spare parts too.That visualization design is modern design essential process of middle. It may carry out the checkout and valuation on product fabrication, but assembling sex etc., may carry out a checkout on equipment course of work function and estimates that. This job can make the new product construction cycle shorten, risk reduces, investment falls off, work efficiency enhances.This design is two-dimension modeling based on CAXA, and also will combine visual design method for the visual design of the AVS. First, make use of optimization method to have carried out the parameter optimization on entire machinery system, find out optimum system parameter. Then, applying the software of SolidWorks designs two kinds test-bed parts, design method based on system parameter in combination with optimization, the component carries out Visualization design and assembling, and making use of ANSYS finite element method to analyze upper body's dynamic analysis of finite element. The result or this analysis with computer simulates and ANSYS indicating the AVS being able to realize the request that upper body amplitude stabilizes and under body amplitude minimum under anti-resonance point place without exception. This has theoretically proved that it is feasible and practical to design an AVS in using the theory of anti-resonance vibrating. |
