| Nowdays, with the resources being used continuously, the energy structure based on conventional energy resources will not more and more adapt to requirement of sustainable development. So accelerating the exploiation and utilization of renewable resources that solar energy is principle part has been our common ideas. Using the clean solar light energy, the technology of photovoltaic generating electricity is very promising. However, the problem that low utilization efficiency is always affecting and blocking the popularization of heliotechnics. For the extending application of heliotechnics, improve the solar energy utilization ratio, in this paper, we have developed the computer-based programming language and database monitoring system for PV power generation based on the design of solar photovoltaic power generation system, and finally we analyzed the energy efficiency and environmental effectiveness of the design of this solar photovoltaic power generation system, which showed the practical significance of this design project.Based on studying the background of solar power technology at home and abroad and development conditions, the research background, meaning, and the development purpose are described in the thesis. The overall system and PC’s SCADA monitoring system are designed and implemented in the thesis for the50KW photovoltaic power generation system. At first, it introduces the development of the photovoltaic power generation system, which application has a long important meaning. And the various types of photovoltaic power generation system works, system architecture and overview of the practical application are also explained in the thesis. After that, combined with the actual situation and needs of the50KW solar photovoltaic power generation system, calculating and analyzing all the PV modules which were used, and selecting the PV modules fit to the system. On this basis, the system’s overall structure is designed, including maximum power control, DC/DC conversion control circuit, DC/AC conversion control circuit, and so on. For the features of many PV modules and inverter parameters, using advanced chips, such as DSP and FPGA, the sampling system systems and communications systems are designed and implemented in the thesis.Then, in order to ensure the real-time data’s monitoring and reliability, we applicate SQL Server2000and VB6.0in the software. We design the functional modules of the system, the real-time database, the history database and the interface. We use the MSComm control function to achieve the communications between the lower machine and the computer. There are theree important designs:the establishment of the monitoring system’s communication interface design, which is a key part of the monitoring software. That is building the Modbus communication protocol on the RS485physical layer. Next is the database design. We developed the photovoltaic power generation using ODBC database system SCADA applications and access ODBC using MFC.Then is the HMI programming. We select the computer programming language to programming the interfaces to display and use the MSComm control function to design the visual human-computer interfaces. So we achieve monitoring the solar power system on running consumption of each equipment condition, parameter setting, system management, and fault alarm information. We research and realize the computer software to monitor the solar system, the process of the communication between the upper and lower machines. Finally, we give a comprehensive analysis of photovoltaic system’s energy and economic benefits. We draw the conclusion that the economic benefits are enormous through the power generation cost estimates and other calculations and analysis. |
