As solar photovoltaic power station started construction and was put into operation in succession in China,the power station owner and power grid companies need to centrally manage photovoltaic power scattered around,and monitor and keep running each power station and equipment real time for a long time,to meet the requirements of grid dispatching system monitoring.Therefore,monitoring the operation condition of the photovoltaic power station real time is becoming more and more important,and to develop a set of development photovoltaic information monitoring system to solve the above problems is imperative.And in order to improve the security and stability of photovoltaic grid power grid,predicting the operation of photovoltaic power generation and anticipating the changes in power generation,plays an important role in reasonable scheduling generation capacity and economic operation for power grid companies.Photovoltaic information monitoring and energy prediction system implemented in this paper is based on actual project.The system mainly includes the local monitoring subsystem,remote monitoring subsystem and energy forecast subsystem,which realizes real-time centralized monitoring photovoltaic power station scattered around and prediction the power generating capacity.The overall structure and design of the photovoltaic energy information monitoring and prediction system is introduced in this paper,as well as the design and implementation of its subsystem.The implementation of monitoring and control system is included,which realizes the real-time monitoring and data collection the junction box,inverter,electric meter and other equipment for solar photovoltaic power station to upload data to the monitoring center timely;Establish data monitoring center,set up the database server,set up a unified database to store the photovoltaic power station data,and centralized manage the data processing and analysis,provide data service for monitoring platform,provides data support for the intelligent dispatching of power company;Through stucturing the WEB server,deploying the WEB application,by computer or mobile phone browser the relevant personnel can access the WEB server to view the real-time and historical running data of the photovoltaic power station and all the equipment,and provide differentiation data analysis function for different job personnel.Designing and realizing a complete photovoltaic energy prediction system,keeping the accuracy prediction of daily output results which are within the scope of the project requirements to meet intelligent dispatching of the power grid companies and engineering requirements of economic operation.The system has the general function of monitoring system and energy prediction system,so it can be released when the configuration is provided.The solar photovoltaic power generation information monitoring and power forecasting system,which was built by Wuhan RiXin technology Co.LTD,are running in the five photovoltaic power stations and the RiXin data monitoring center for a long time.They not only improve the management efficiency of the photovoltaic power station,reduce the work intensity of the workers,but also provide powerful technology platform for the stable operation of solar photovoltaic power station,and the analysis forecasting of the photovoltaic power generation,and provides the foundation for the smart grid dispatching.
