| When driving for a long time, the driver will feel tired, with concentration and responsiveness decline. In this case, some tragic accidents may happen. Fatigue driving is becoming an issue which gains as much attention as drunk driving. Considering this situation, the author proposed a solution for long term fatigue driving monitoring system.The system adopted a kind of non-contact electrode based on the capacity coupling theory. According to the features of the ECG signal and other noises, a specific ECG amplifier was designed ane made. This amplifier consists of two stages of amplifiers and three stages of filters. Using the oscilloscope, the ECG waveform can be obviously observed from the signal disposed by the amplifier.Then a serious of ECG signal de-noising and feature abstracting algorithm was designed. This suit of algorithm contributes two parts:IIR filter and threshold detection algorithm. The algorithm was implemented in Matlab and tested using Fixed Point Toolbox.Finally, a real time monitoring system frame was deveploed using TMS320VC5509A Digital Signal Proccessor (DSP). The signal processing algorithm was transplanted to DSP platform by means of Chip Support Library (CSL) and DSPLib. Via TI Real Time Data eXchange (RTDX) technology and Matlab for CCS plugin, a joint debugging and data exchanging environment was built to evaluating the algorithm’s performance on DSP platform. |
