Project progress management is an important part of the field. Therefore, the application of project management to improve and solve these problems.This thesis progress Shihmen water supply management as an entry point to the actual site data and problems based on knowledge of the use of project schedule management, scheduling scheme, the project track and analyze program implementation, and completed on schedule or effort shorten the project duration to adjust the schedule to find the most feasible project schedule programs.
