| The appearance of the first escalator in1890s marked the beginning of escalator business. Now the escalator has become one of means of transportation. In many public places, because of further deepening of the degree of complexity of traffic conditions within buildings, individual or a few of escalators can’t meet the demand of passengers. In this occasion, all the escalators form the EGCS, which is called Escalator Group Control System. The system can solve the above-mentioned problem. In order to complete the daily operation tasks more qualified, people proposed escalator monitoring system and this system gradually tends to improve.The thesis’s research object is escalator group control system, and we propose the solution to solve the problem of intelligent control escalator group system based on modeling optimization and distribution. The whole system includes escalator control system, modeling and distribution optimization of escalator group and monitoring system.Firstly, the system realizes the way how to distribute the number of the escalators. The way is based on the curve of people to realize distribution and optimization. Under the circumstances where there are both upstream and downstream of the crowd, the passenger transport model is established based on the sampled data and the problem of the number distribution of the escalators is solved in the sense of zero-sum game.The solution of escalator group allocation model is the main basis for monitoring system to control the escalators’operation mode. In addition, monitoring system includes many other functions which are real-time monitoring, faults history, regular maintenance, and security. The monitoring system which is proposed in this thesis is based on Lab-VIEW to complete the functional interface functions. According to functional requirement and workers’ demands, the functional interfaces are easy to operate and their function is comprehensive. Communication protocol and RS485standards are applied between monitoring software and lower machine to achieve the control communication. The control system is a hardware circuit design, whose core processor is ST72324, and input and output interface board for signal is I/O board. The hardware circuit can realize real-time monitor and control the bottom of the escalator status. |
