In recent years, Chinese automobile output and consumption are increasing dramatically and corresponding automobile logistics has become more and more important in our economic growth. As a result of severe competition between manufacturers, Warehouse logistics is considered the best approach to develop automobile industry potential and to increase enterprise competitive power.This thesis introduced the structure of warehouse logistics implementation and control of the process of improving the level of warehouse logistics company for the BMW and strategies. Combined with theory, through the exposition of warehouse logistics system, on the foundation of overall analysis to the company’s current warehouse logistics and the question among them, this thesis plan the warehouse logistics of BMW again. The automated storage general work process of the system is analyzed and two big factors that affect work efficiency of stacker have been discovered distribution of shelves and work sequence. An idea of optimizing shelves is put forward, thinking over the two factors together and based on work time. The idea has been testified by experiments to prove that the design of shelves after optimization actually increases work efficiency of the system by comparing the time before and after optimization. Then based on the design of optimized shelves and using the genetic algorithm, the sequential problem which appears when stacker carries out the task is solved and the optimization is testified by imitating reality. Compared with the traditional methods, the genetic algorithm is proved to be able to shorten operating time greatly and meet the need of increasing general efficiency of system. make ABC management method applied in the board warehouse area, improve the proportion of orders by using ABC. a optimization method of warehouse logistics efficiency in JIT environment is set up to realize the optimization. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the application of the method. and using computer technology, networking of the organic warehouse logistics will implement the logistics, information flow, supply flow unified. I believe BMW’s warehouse logistics supply chain operating efficiency is greatly improved.
