Application Of Modern Logistics In The Rear Of The Warehouse Management Research

Based upon analyzing the problem of material management in home front warehouses of our military (HFWOM), this thesis applied modern logistics theory and technologies into material management in HFWOM, and then studied and developed the system of material management for HFWOM. After presenting the structure of home front warehouses military material management system, the technologies in system development are lucubrated in the thesis, and the coding model of weapon and radar equipment and a new management approach on material position are presented. In order to evaluate the effectivity of material stock and supply, logistics audit and control systems are designed, and the transport route optimization methods in transport decision-making are lucubrated. At last, aimed at the requirement in weapon and radar equipment management of our military, a weapon and radar equipment colligated management information system based on network is developed at first time. As results of this, military areas and warehouse material management are consolidated into the same operating platform successfully, the process of our military weapon and radar equips went management is standardized sequentially. The reasonability and effectivity of the home warehouse management system are proved both in theory and practices.
