| Warehousing is the main component of in-plant logistics in manufacturing enterprises,and its operation efficiency will directly affect the efficiency of logistics operation,thus affecting the interests of the whole manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the layout of spare parts storage in manufacturing enterprises by using reasonable methods to improve storage efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This study takes the spare parts warehouse of H manufacturing enterprise as the research object.Through the analysis of its current situation,it finds that the spare parts warehouse of this enterprise has some problems,such as low space utilization rate,simple and imperfect partition,unreasonable warehouse layout,etc.The main causes of these problems are unreasonable warehouse layout and storage of goods.Therefore,this paper focuses on the two aspects of functional area layout optimization and cargo space optimization of H enterprise spare parts warehouse,aiming to help enterprises solve warehousing problems.Firstly,the layout of functional area of parts warehouse was optimized.SLP method was selected to analyze the relationship among various functional areas of the warehouse,including the relationship between logistics and non-logistics as well as the comprehensive relationship.The position relationship between each functional area was obtained by using relational table method.After comparing with the original scheme,the feasibility of the optimized scheme is verified.Secondly,after the optimization of the previous layout,further optimize the storage area of parts warehouse,establish a multi-objective model to improve the efficiency of parts delivery and shelf stability as optimization objectives,select the genetic algorithm for solving,obtain the optimization scheme of the cargo location,and use MATLAB to simulate and compare the distribution of goods before and after optimization.It is verified that the optimization scheme can improve the delivery efficiency of parts and the stability of shelves.Finally,a series of measures to ensure the smooth implementation of layout optimization scheme are put forward respectively from three aspects: fine management of parts warehouse,information and intelligent construction of parts warehouse and establishment of supply chain strategic management thinking.By optimizing the layout of the spare parts warehouse of H enterprise,this paper has improved the problems of disordered display in the spare parts warehouse of H enterprise,so that the spare parts into the warehouse partition is obvious,while ensuring the shelf stability,reducing the handling distance of spare parts in the warehouse,improving the space utilization rate of the warehouse,and thus improving the competitiveness of the enterprise.This study can not only promote the improvement of storage efficiency of H manufacturing enterprise,but also help many similar enterprises around for reference. |
