With the continuous development of science and technology, military equipment informatization level continuously improve, it is particularly prominent in the field of military communication. With the constant change of combat style, flexible tactics, military communication technology toward flexible, fast, and also move in the direction of the communication quickly follow up. Followed by, a large number of superior performance of communication device is installed on the military communication vehicles. For military communication vehicle supply system brought new test-how to better, faster, more safely uninterrupted power supply. However military communication vehicles more use in the wild environment, under the condition of the mains cannot always supply, with oil machine to generate electricity. But the oil machine power supply performance are frequently the result of oil machine itself, bring lots of problems, such as voltage instability, power quality is not pure, and so on, easy to bring great damage to equipment. How to ensure the on-board electrical equipment can be sustained, safe and reliable to use, avoid the unstable power outages, power, power quality problems caused by the loss of information, job losses and equipment damage. This topic is starting from this point for research.From the purpose of research, combining learning graduate student period, designed with DSP as the core of on-board power supply monitoring and control system. The system of military communication vehicle on-board power supply current, voltage, grounding protection and the speed of the diesel generator for automatic detection and control. DSP through sampling circuit for different types of parameter values, and their internal value after comparison, using PWM technology to control monitoring equipment, guarantee the vehicle power supply system, especially under the condition of the diesel generator set power supply, automotive electrical equipment can stable and safe work. Main features are:(1) to monitor electrical equipment at the input voltage, under voltage or over voltage protection.(2) to monitor vehicle battery voltage, ensure the battery running in good condition. (3) the speed of vehicle diesel generator set control, to ensure the stable voltage output.(4) to monitor wagons grounding and electric leakage protection, to provide a safe working environment.This topic the first part introduces the basic composition. The second part introduces the design of hardware circuit. The third part introduces the communication vehicle power supply monitoring and control system software design. The fourth part of the system to make use of MATLAB software simulation.
