District level power corresponding diagram is a drawing, which is often used by regionaldispatch department. What’s more, it plays a very important role in dispatching and acts as abridge between the prefecture level and county-level dispatching.District level dispatching center was mainly responsible for the voltage levels of220kVand110kV substation and individual500kV substation. Considering the special situation ofsome different level, there are some photovoltaic power plants and hydropower station.However, both district level flow diagram and provincial level flow diagram have much incommon, but also exist some differences. So, we take some measures to improve theprovincial dispatching large screen flow diagram automatic layout system, and design a set ofthe automatic generation of large-screen dispatching power flow diagram for district levelnetwork software system. In addition, the software system has been applied in regionalelectric power bureau.The automatic generation of large-screen dispatching power flow diagram for districtlevel network has some special features. Firstly, there are a lots of T connections in networks.Secondly, there are some key substations as so called big substation, and they have muchmore lines than the others and special treatments should be taken. Otherwise, the layout willbe non-uniform with difficulties in outgoing lines and power flow values placing. Lastly,apart from one general diagram, two sub-diagrams are required in names as county-griddiagram, and220kV substation supply grid diagram, for the purposes ofhierarchical dispatching and main supply source oriented analysis.For the above three problems, this text comes up with a system solution. Firstly, a lots Tconnection points and T connection lines exist in110kV electric power gr id, however theyhave not been modeled and data managed. So, a unified modeling for T connection points andT connection lines has been put forward followed by a unified data management. Moreover,based on such modeling and data management, a T connection point is modeled as a3portsvirtual substation. Secondly, big substation is decomposed into two so-called couplingsubstations, a punishing for non-nearby of coupling substations is introduced into theobjective function, and simulated annealing is used for optimization calculation. After that,the T connection substation will return back to the T connection point, and the couplingsubstations will return back to a big substation, and corresponding local routing adjustmentstrategies have been provided. Finally, a software is developed and successful applicationshave been achieved for several district level dispatching center.
